With the fall of Bashar al-Assad’s dictatorship, the last regional stronghold of the Islamic Republic has collapsed, dealing a significant blow to the Islamic regime. The overthrow of the reactionary Syrian government marks a turning point in the regional developments that began on October 7, underscoring the dismantling of Islamic movements and a strategic defeat for the Islamic regime. These developments have plunged the Islamic government into the most critical and vulnerable period of its existence, fully paving the way for completing the unfinished revolution of Woman, Life, Freedom.
The comprehensive failures of the Islamic regime in its regional and domestic policies, its global isolation, the complete collapse of its “hijab and chastity plan” as its most important political and ideological stronghold, and the notable resurgence of widespread protests across various sectors of society have collectively shaken the regime to its core. These failures, combined with economic bankruptcy, have caused a seismic upheaval within the fractured ranks of the regime itself. Above all, these blows are directly affecting Khamenei, who bears ultimate responsibility for all of them. These factors are accelerating the disintegration of the Islamic regime, its internal collapse, and the rise of a revolution poised to dismantle the regime.
While the future of Syria remains uncertain, the future of Iran is crystal clear: the Islamic Republic will be overthrown through our revolution. This is a revolution led by women, striving for freedom, against Islamism, and for welfare and liberty. The existence of a modern society yearning for prosperity and freedom, a massive anti-Islamic movement, a powerful women’s liberation movement, freedom-seeking social movements such as those opposing executions, broad movements advocating for livelihood and welfare, and widespread public anger and protests against poverty, corruption, and the parasitic Islamic rulers—all coalesce around profoundly humanistic and egalitarian demands, pointing toward a bright future for the people of Iran.
With Assad’s fall, the revolution in Iran will gain even greater momentum. We must not allow the corrupt and murderous Islamic rulers in Iran to buy time. The moment has arrived to deliver the final blow to bring down this regime.
